Form Fit Liner

Form-fitting liners precisely match the shape of the FIBC’s body, down to the filling and discharge spouts. Form-fit liners enhance the functionality of the bags and shield the packaged goods from contamination during handling, storing, and transportation. Liner filling and discharge spouts can be manufactured specifically to the customer’s size requirements.Form fit liners reduce tearing and twisting, increases the bag’s stability and stackability, and improves compatibility with filling equipment.

Baffled Liner / Q Bag

The form-fit baffle design can provide superior package performance and, at times, reduce storage and shipping costs. Baffled liners allow a standard bulk bag to maintain a square shape. The liner is form fitted to the bag and utilizes internal baffles to prevent bulging that could result in a rounded footprint. The square shape promotes greater bag stability and stack ability.

Suspended Liner

These liners are primarily used in one loop bags, they are fixed to the outer PP bag where the fabric is joined to create the lifting loop of the bag. They can also have perforation to let out some air at time of filling.

Aluminium Liner

Form shaped aluminum liners, also known as foil liners, improve filling, discharging, handling and stability of the outside of the bag. Foil liners offer great moisture, oxygen, and UV protection and are compatible with a wide variety of bulk bags.

Liner Properties

These are compatible with Type B, C & D big bags. These liners are important for materials that are flammable in nature and vulnerable to static build-up. They come in three major types:
  • Type-L1 (Conductive): Inner liners made from materials with surface resistivity less than or equal to 1.0 x 10^7 Ohms: on at least one surface.
  • Type-L2 (Antistatic): Inner liners made from materials with surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁹ and 1.0 x 10^12 Ohms: on at least one surface.
  • Type-L3: Inner liners made from materials with surface resistivity of greater than 1.0 x 10^12: and with breakdown voltage less than 4kv.
